You work as a solo anesthesiologist on surgery days and are fully responsible for the perioperative anesthesia – from preoperative assessment to postoperative monitoring. You should be used to performing anesthesia independently and comfortable working without other anesthesia staff on site. You have support from surgeons, nurses, and other clinic personnel.

The position is flexible and can be adjusted based on availability.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a specialist in anesthesia and intensive care

• Has several years of clinical experience

• Is fully independent in performing general anesthesia

• Is comfortable working alone as an anesthesiologist

• Has a good ability to make quick and safe medical decisions

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

Experience in anesthesia for plastic surgery or outpatient surgery is an advantage.
